RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING FEES APPLY.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The order must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging in the same condition as received.
  2. The product must show only normal handling. Damage caused by careless use is not eligible for a return.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. Any product defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If all return conditions are met, the refund will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to begin the return process:

  • Send an email to: YOUR STORE EMAIL

Please make sure your email includes the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Customer's first and last name
  • Customer's address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Do not send your return to the sender's address. We will send you the correct return address after your request has been reviewed.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions if they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the final goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated order processing system, orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once an order has been submitted. As a result, cancellations and refunds are not possible once the goods have been dispatched.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Emma Collection by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) indicating your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the returned goods.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Orders Already in Transit

Because our products are shipped directly from Asia, delivery times may be longer than usual, and we have no control over shipping transit times.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them according to our return policy.

You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance. To help us process your refund as quickly as possible, please send us proof of shipment after returning the package.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive both your notice of withdrawal and the returned goods.

Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will not incur any additional fees for receiving your refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
